Colour correction is the service most stylists quietly decline. Kristi books it in six-hour blocks — box dye, a holiday bleach gone brassy, three shades layered over each other — and works it back to something wearable in one sitting where the hair allows it.
That same room does a $10 bang trim and a $25 senior cut. It is a real neighbourhood salon that happens to have a colourist in it, and every colour service starts with a free consultation so nobody is surprised by the price or the timeline.
